Information designer with over 10 years of experience and background in strategic communications, offering

Why do you need an information designer?

You have…
- a large amount of data and no overview
- strategies and concepts for which you don’t have
data - research that doesn’t get the attention it deserves

You want to…
- make your numbers easier to understand
- explain your products or processes
- entice your stakeholders

You need…
- meaningful insights in order to make better decisions
- a compelling story behind the numbers
- your data turned into actionable content for your audience
WHAT I DO
Services
- Turning your numbers into insights. I offer a wide range of information design solutions from data visualization and dashboards to annual or thematic reports to explainer content for social media.
- Visualizing business processes. Another focus of my work is visualization of concepts and strategies: Trend maps, strategy mapping, process diagrams and visual summaries provide big-picture view and support decision-making.
- Getting people excited about your data. From a presentation deck to an explainer video to a social media campaign, storytelling with data highlights key points, provides context and shows connections to enhance understanding and then convert it into engagement and action.
Experience
Working for think tanks, agencies and corporations as well as an independent designer, I created information design solutions for both international and Austrian companies and organisations such as IAEA, AOP Orphan, KAPO, Zukunftsinstitut, Signa, WKO, Erste Bank, Payment Services Austria etc.
My current work for the economic research institute Agenda Austria mainly focuses on topics such as economic policy, demographic development and climate change.
In my decade of working in information design, I have written, published and given public talks in three languages (English, German and Russian), focusing on data, design, and communication.

I see myself as a translator between the experts and their audience, that’s why I work most effectively in a close collaboration with analysts and communication teams. An iterative design process ensures that you always stay in control every step of the way: from briefing and research to the development of the visual format, up until the final production and delivery.
Because your expertise deserves to be out there: talked about, downloaded, leading to real impact and better decisions.
